Use of University Facilities
The University requires a signed Memorandum of Understanding and Indemnification Agreement from entities utilizing facilities it owns or maintains. To request that a MOU/IA be issued, complete the Memorandum of Understanding and Indemnification Agreement Request Form and submit it to Barbara Davey of the Risk Management & Safety Department.
